Methodology and sources
Permanent rule: invented numbers are fatal. Every output cites an official criterion and source, or declares a gap. The formal distributor document is the connection budget (ANEEL REN 1.000); the market still says “access opinion”.
What we forecast
- Micro/mini classification (Law 14.300).
- Connection budget deadlines (REN 1.000 art. 64).
- Process roadmap and minimum content (arts. 56–69).
- Reverse-flow trigger and typed alternatives (art. 73) — without predicting your feeder outcome.
- Exemption hypotheses (art. 73-A).
- Educational protection bands (PRODIST Module 3, Table 1).
- Right to studies within 10 business days (art. 78).
Declared gaps (a feature)
- Residual feeder/transformer capacity.
- Which art. 73 alternative the distributor will pick.
- Structural works cost (unless their public tool states it).
- Local protection settings / service entrance standard.
- Absolute “will / will not connect” — forbidden in v1.
