Methodology
Thermal ceiling by feeder: HC = max(0, k·√3·V·CNOM_min − DG), with k ∈ {0.41; 0.66; 1.05}(P25 / classic / P75 against the Celesc benchmark). Honest validation (HC > 0): the band contains the official value for 38% of feeders — this map does not replicate the official map.
